Customer service is us. Write to contact@italiancharms.fr and we reply every day, morning, noon and night. And if something’s wrong with your order, the same person who packed your parcel takes care of it.

Every order is packed by hand, charm by charm, then checked before shipping.
You get your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
6-month guarantee on every charm
Our charms are made of stainless steel and handle everyday water. If a charm still tarnishes or fades within 6 months of your order, we'll replace it: just write to us with a photo and your order number.
And either way, you have 30 days after delivery to change your mind.

Does it tarnish?
Our charms and bracelets are made of water-resistant stainless steel. And if a charm tarnishes within 6 months, we replace it: just write to us with a photo.
Is the bracelet really free?
Yes. From 10 charms in your cart, the bracelet is automatically free: the discount applies by itself, no code needed.
Where do your charms come from?
Italian Charms France is a French brand: our team, stock and customer service are in France. Our charms are made outside France, in vetted partner workshops, then checked in our warehouse near Nancy before shipping.
Will your charms fit my bracelet?
Our charms clip onto any standard Italian bracelet, whatever the brand.
What if the size isn't right?
The bracelet adjusts by removing or adding links.
Can someone else pay for my design?
Yes. Build your bracelet, then tap Send my design: you get a link to send to your parents or whoever's gifting you the bracelet. When they open it, they find your exact selection and just have to pay.
