Does it tarnish?
Our charms and bracelets are made of water-resistant stainless steel. And if a charm tarnishes within 6 months, we replace it: just write to us with a photo.
Is the bracelet really free?
Yes. From 10 charms in your cart, the bracelet is automatically free: the discount applies by itself, no code needed.
Where do your charms come from?
Italian Charms France is a French brand: our team, stock and customer service are in France. Our charms are made outside France, in vetted partner workshops, then checked in our warehouse near Nancy before shipping.
Will your charms fit my bracelet?
Our charms clip onto any standard Italian bracelet, whatever the brand.
What if the size isn't right?
The bracelet adjusts by removing or adding links.
Can someone else pay for my design?
Yes. Build your bracelet, then tap Send my design: you get a link to send to your parents or whoever's gifting you the bracelet. When they open it, they find your exact selection and just have to pay.
